➠ Inform me up-front if you are expecting a fast result. Rush Fee will be applied for your commission
➠ If, after my work is done, you feel like a retake is needed, additional price will be applied for each layer of retakes

Decipher
➠ Deciphering means I'm only deciphering existing harmo and adlibs in a song, not creating a new one
➠ A song will be categorized as easy or hard after I listen to the song, per my judgement

New Guide
➠ New Guide means I'm creating a personalized harmo and adlibs for you
➠ As this commission is personalized, I will be needing your vocal sample. A vocal range will be greatly appreciated
➠ A complicated guide may include : gibberish adlibs, long notes, difficult/weird notes, intermediate vocal techniques (e.g vocal mix, runs, placement switching etc)
➠ You will be given a full preview when a work is 70% done. Feel free to tell me if you have any revisions
➠ For covers, please inform me if you are planning on singing the song in a different key than the original one

About Writing Comms

Conveying what you are thinking and feeling can be hard and confusing. Whether it is for your beloved, friends, someone you respect, to a stranger, or to yourself in the past/future. Words can be hard to find, and takes some time to do. I also have a hard time conveying my feelings verbally, but I am able to convey it through writings.This commission is a Violet Evergarden inspired, where I convey your feelings in your stead, in a written form. To order this service, you can:

1. Tell me about what it is that you want to convey

These are the basic informations that I need, to have an initial image of your request. I, or you may need to have a consultation session privately to better understand what it is that you want to convey, how do you want to convey it, etc. Please understand that a clear grasp of your request will result in a maximum output of my work.

Notes

➠ Provide the informations by filling up this Google Form, and contact me so I can process your request
➠ Turnaround time can be anywhere between a few days, to months, depending on form, complexity, and slot
➠ Any information that is shared with me will automatically be a confidential information, unless stated otherwise by the client
➠ For private commissions, you are allowed not to credit me publicly, but you are not allowed to claim the credit to yourself
➠ I strictly forbid any of my works to be put into/train any ai machine
➠ Price varies, starting from IDR10K/$1 for a short text. Do contact me for further details regarding pricing.

Terms of Service

➠ I reserve the right to decline any commission.
➠ Please properly credit me as Naavila and link my X and/or Youtube.
➠ Please contact me for further details regarding Commercial Licenses.
➠ I require at least 50% of the final cost upfront. The rest must be paid after the final draft is out.
➠ Full refunds will not be available once I start on your commission. Partial refunds will be available on a case-by-case basis.
➠ All service comes with 3 free major revisions. All major revisions after that will cost an extra 20% of the original cost, and must be paid along with the final payment. Minor revisions, however, do not have any limit.
➠ Turnaround time for tune/time and vocal guide will be around 1 week to 3-4 weeks.
